RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Last Updated: October 7, 2026

This Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through Omvero, available at

https://tryomveroofficial.myshopify.com

.

Omvero is operated by:

Darren Otalora LLC 30 N Gould St Ste N Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 United States

Customer Support Email: omverooficial@gmail.com Customer Support Phone: +57 313 870 6226 Customer Service Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

This Policy does not apply to other websites, brands, or stores operated by Darren Otalora LLC.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to the customer's purchase.

1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Unless different mandatory consumer rights apply in your country, eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery of the product.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy applies primarily where:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product received is materially different from the product ordered.

  • The wrong product was shipped.

  • We expressly authorize a return, exchange, or other remedy after reviewing the circumstances.

A return request does not automatically mean that a refund has been approved.

Products must be evaluated under the conditions described in this Policy before a refund, replacement, exchange, store credit, or other remedy is issued.

Any mandatory warranty, conformity, withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights applicable in the customer's country remain unaffected.

2. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Except where applicable law gives the customer a mandatory right of withdrawal, cancellation, cooling-off period, or return, we are not required to accept a return solely because:

  • The customer changed their mind.

  • The customer no longer wants the product.

  • The customer expected something different despite the product being materially as described.

  • The customer ordered the wrong product, color, model, quantity, or variation.

  • The customer simply does not like the product.

Where we voluntarily accept such a return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any other direct return costs permitted by applicable law.

This section does not limit any mandatory statutory right to change one's mind, withdraw from, or cancel a distance or online purchase.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue, including:

  • Order number.

  • Description of the issue.

  • Photographs of the product.

  • Photographs of the packaging.

  • Photographs of the shipping label.

  • Video showing the defect, where reasonably necessary.

  • Serial number, batch number, or other product identifier where applicable.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer:

  • Replacement.

  • Repair.

  • Exchange.

  • Refund.

  • Partial refund where expressly agreed with the customer.

  • Another remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Where the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied, Omvero will bear the reasonable return shipping costs where required by this Policy or applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory warranty or legal guarantee available to the customer.

4. SIZE AND FIT ISSUES

For apparel, footwear, accessories, or other size-dependent products, we may offer an exchange for another available size.

Size exchanges are reviewed individually and are subject to product availability and applicable consumer law.

Unless required by law, a size or fit issue does not automatically entitle the customer to a monetary refund where the correct product and size ordered by the customer were delivered.

If a mandatory withdrawal or return right applies in the customer's jurisdiction, that statutory right remains unaffected.

5. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT NORMALLY BE RETURNED

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the following products may be excluded from our voluntary return policy:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable or digital products once performance or download has begun where legally permitted.

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products.

  • Products that have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

  • Sealed hygiene, health, cosmetic, intimate, or personal-care products after the seal has been broken, where applicable law permits such exclusion.

  • Products damaged through misuse, negligence, improper installation, modification, accident, or unauthorized repair.

  • Products missing substantial components because of the customer's actions.

  • Consumable or perishable products where return is inappropriate because of their nature.

  • Products expressly identified as non-returnable where such exclusion is lawful.

An exclusion in this section will not apply where local law requires us to provide a refund, replacement, repair, warranty remedy, withdrawal right, or other mandatory consumer remedy.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Before returning any product, customers must contact us at:

omverooficial@gmail.com

Please include your:

  • Full name.

  • Order number.

  • Email address or telephone number associated with the order.

  • Reason for the return.

  • Relevant photographs or supporting information where applicable.

After reviewing the request, our Customer Support team will provide the appropriate instructions.

Do not return products to our Wyoming corporate address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

We use different fulfillment partners, suppliers, carriers, and warehouses depending on the product and destination country.

Returns may therefore need to be sent to a designated local or regional return facility.

Sending a product to an unauthorized address may significantly delay the processing of the return.

This requirement does not prevent a customer from exercising a mandatory legal right within the applicable deadline.

7. RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Where permitted by applicable law, customers should obtain return instructions or authorization from us before shipping an item.

Return authorization allows us to:

  • Identify the order.

  • Provide the correct warehouse address.

  • Prevent lost returns.

  • Associate the returned parcel with the customer's claim.

  • Process the return efficiently.

Return authorization itself does not determine whether a refund is legally due.

8. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

For voluntary returns, products should normally be returned:

  • In substantially the same condition in which they were received.

  • With included accessories and components.

  • With manuals and documentation where applicable.

  • Appropriately packaged to prevent damage in transit.

For statutory withdrawal rights, customers may inspect or handle products to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where the customer's handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, or functioning of the product, we may make deductions only where applicable law expressly permits us to do so.

We will not impose packaging requirements where doing so would unlawfully interfere with statutory warranty or consumer rights.

9. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Defective, damaged or incorrect product

Where we shipped the wrong product, or a product is defective or arrives damaged, we will bear reasonable return shipping costs where required by applicable law or once the return has been authorized under this Policy.

Voluntary or change-of-mind return

Where no mandatory statutory withdrawal right applies and we voluntarily accept a change-of-mind return, return shipping costs are normally the customer's responsibility.

Where mandatory law specifies who must pay return shipping, that law will control.

Specific regional rules are described below.

10. REFUNDS

Once a refund has been approved, we generally process it within 7 business days.

Banking institutions, card issuers, payment processors, or financial institutions may require additional time before the funds appear in the customer's account.

The 7-business-day processing target does not extend any shorter mandatory refund deadline imposed by applicable law.

Where applicable law gives us a specific longer deadline for statutory refunds, we will nevertheless aim to process valid refunds within 7 business days whenever reasonably possible.

11. REFUND METHOD

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method whenever technically possible.

For prepaid orders, this normally means the card, wallet, bank account, or payment instrument originally used.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Because cash collected at delivery generally cannot technically be returned through the original cash transaction, approved COD refunds may be issued through an available local refund method, including:

  • Bank transfer.

  • Approved digital wallet.

  • Local electronic payment method.

  • Another mutually agreed method capable of returning the funds to the customer.

We may request reasonable information necessary to verify the identity of the customer and the destination of the refund.

We will never require information unrelated to processing or verifying the refund.

12. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE PROCESSING

Orders may be cancelled during the first 15 minutes after the order is placed, provided fulfillment or preparation has not already begun.

After this operational cancellation period, we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped because it may already have been transmitted to a warehouse, supplier, fulfillment partner, or carrier.

Customers should contact us immediately if they wish to cancel an order.

This operational 15-minute cancellation window does not replace or limit any mandatory statutory right of withdrawal, cooling-off period, cancellation, rejection, or return available after the order is placed or delivered.

13. REFUSED AND UNCLAIMED COD ORDERS

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should provide accurate delivery information and make reasonable efforts to receive confirmed orders.

Repeated intentional refusal of COD deliveries, fraudulent ordering activity, fabricated delivery information, or abusive ordering behavior may result in future COD orders being restricted or requiring prepaid payment, where legally permitted.

We will not impose unlawful penalties or interfere with statutory consumer rights.

14. EUROPEAN UNION

This section applies to consumers located in European Union countries to which we sell, including currently:

Spain, Portugal, Romania, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic.

EU consumers purchasing goods online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Where multiple goods forming part of one order are delivered separately, the applicable statutory period will be calculated in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly inform us of the decision to withdraw before the statutory deadline expires.

Following a valid withdrawal, goods must be returned within the legally applicable return period.

EU return shipping

For qualifying EU statutory withdrawals covered by this Policy, Omvero will provide or bear the standard return shipping cost.

For defective, non-conforming, damaged, or incorrect products, return costs will also be borne by us where legally required.

EU refunds

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, we will refund payments required by applicable law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us where legally required.

Additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a premium or more expensive delivery method do not have to be refunded to the extent permitted by law.

We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or until the customer provides sufficient evidence of having sent them back, where applicable law permits us to do so.

EU statutory exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products or circumstances provided for by applicable law, which may include:

  • Clearly personalized or custom-made products.

  • Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • Sealed products unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

  • Certain sealed software, audio, or video products once unsealed.

  • Certain digital content after performance has begun with the legally required consent and acknowledgment.

  • Other statutory exceptions.

Nothing in our voluntary policy reduces applicable EU legal guarantees for defective or non-conforming goods.

15. UNITED KINGDOM

Consumers purchasing eligible products through distance sales in the United Kingdom may have a statutory right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of a valid cancellation, the customer must return the goods within the period required by UK law.

Unless the goods are defective, incorrect, or we have expressly agreed to provide free return shipping, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning a UK change-of-mind withdrawal where this has been properly disclosed and applicable law allows it.

For valid statutory cancellations, we will refund amounts required by applicable UK law, including standard outbound delivery charges where required.

Applicable statutory exceptions, including certain personalized, perishable, hygiene-sealed and digital products, remain applicable.

UK statutory consumer remedies for faulty, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods are separate from and are not limited by our voluntary return policy.

16. COLOMBIA

For qualifying distance and e-commerce sales in Colombia, consumers may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal (“derecho de retracto”) within five (5) business days, subject to the requirements and exceptions provided by Colombian law.

Where this statutory right applies:

  • The customer must return the product under the conditions required by law.

  • The direct transportation and return costs associated with exercising the statutory right of withdrawal may be borne by the consumer as permitted by Colombian law.

  • The consumer is entitled to reimbursement of the amounts required by applicable law without unlawful deductions or retention.

  • Refunds will be made within the legally applicable deadline.

Our operational target remains to process eligible refunds within 7 business days whenever reasonably possible.

Statutory exceptions to the Colombian right of withdrawal remain applicable, including legally recognized categories such as certain personalized, perishable, personal-use, or immediately performed products or services.

Separate Colombian rights relating to defective goods, non-delivery, fraud, unauthorized transactions, or products that do not correspond to the order remain unaffected.

17. MEXICO

Where Mexican consumer law grants a customer a statutory right to revoke a qualifying distance, mediated, or indirect consumer transaction, that right will apply notwithstanding any conflicting voluntary rule in this Policy.

For qualifying transactions, the legally applicable revocation period, currently including a five-business-day statutory period in circumstances covered by Mexican consumer legislation, will be respected.

Return freight or insurance costs will be allocated in accordance with applicable Mexican consumer law.

Rights relating to defective products, warranties, misleading descriptions, non-delivery, and other mandatory protections remain unaffected.

18. ECUADOR

For qualifying purchases made by internet, telephone, catalogue, television, or home sale in Ecuador, customers may have a statutory three-day right of return following receipt, provided the nature of the product permits the return and the product remains in the condition required by applicable Ecuadorian law.

Any mandatory Ecuadorian guarantee, conformity, defect, or consumer-protection right remains unaffected.

19. ARGENTINA

For qualifying online or distance purchases in Argentina, consumers have a statutory 10-calendar-day right of withdrawal (“derecho de arrepentimiento”) under applicable consumer law.

Where applicable:

  • The consumer may exercise the statutory right without giving a reason.

  • Return costs required by law will be borne by the seller.

  • The consumer must make the product available for return in accordance with applicable law.

  • The customer will not be charged a cancellation penalty for exercising the statutory right.

Where legally required, the Store will provide an accessible “Botón de Arrepentimiento” or equivalent cancellation mechanism on the website.

Any legally required confirmation or reference relating to the withdrawal request will be provided.

Statutory exceptions remain applicable.

20. CHILE

For qualifying online and other distance purchases in Chile, Omvero recognizes the applicable statutory right of withdrawal, including a 10-day withdrawal period where required by Chilean consumer law.

Products must not have been used beyond what applicable law permits for exercising the withdrawal right.

Where required, customers will receive written or durable confirmation of their transaction.

Nothing in this Policy limits Chilean statutory warranty rights for defective or non-conforming products.

Where applicable law imposes additional or different rules concerning withdrawal periods, return costs, confirmation of contracts, legal guarantees, or exclusions, those mandatory rules will prevail.

21. OTHER LATIN AMERICAN MARKETS

We currently may sell to customers in:

  • Panama.

  • Peru.

  • Paraguay.

  • Venezuela.

  • Guatemala.

  • Costa Rica.

  • Other Latin American jurisdictions.

Our general commercial return rules apply in these markets only to the extent they do not conflict with mandatory local consumer law.

Where local legislation provides a mandatory:

  • Withdrawal period.

  • Right of return.

  • Statutory guarantee.

  • Repair or replacement right.

  • Refund right.

  • Cancellation right.

  • Conformity remedy.

  • Rule concerning who bears return costs.

The applicable mandatory local rule will prevail over any conflicting provision of this Policy.

22. UNITED STATES

For customers located in the United States, our 30-day commercial return-request period and the eligibility requirements contained in this Policy generally apply unless federal, state, or local law provides the customer with additional non-waivable rights.

The availability of a 30-day request period does not mean that every product may be returned for any reason.

Defective, damaged, incorrect, or legally non-conforming products will be handled in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

23. REST OF THE WORLD

For countries not specifically identified in this Policy, the general return rules described above apply subject to mandatory local law.

If the laws applicable to a customer's purchase provide more favorable mandatory consumer rights than this Policy, those statutory rights will prevail.

Nothing in this Policy should be interpreted as requiring a consumer to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

24. FRAUD, RETURN ABUSE AND MISUSE

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive return activity.

Examples may include:

  • False claims that an item was not received.

  • Fabricated damage claims.

  • Returning a different product.

  • Returning counterfeit or substituted merchandise.

  • Deliberately damaging a product after delivery.

  • Removing serial numbers or identifying information.

  • Altering photographic evidence.

  • Repeated claims inconsistent with carrier or fulfillment records.

  • Excessive or systematic abuse of voluntary return privileges.

  • Chargeback abuse.

  • Knowingly providing false delivery information.

  • Repeated unjustified refusal of confirmed COD orders.

  • Use of multiple identities or accounts to circumvent return restrictions.

Where reasonably necessary, we may compare a return request with:

  • Order records.

  • Shipping records.

  • Carrier tracking.

  • Proof of delivery.

  • Warehouse records.

  • Product serial numbers.

  • Correspondence with the customer.

  • Payment records.

  • Fraud-prevention signals.

  • Previous return history.

  • Other reasonably relevant transaction information.

Where permitted by law, voluntary commercial return privileges may be restricted for demonstrated abuse.

However, suspected abuse does not automatically eliminate statutory consumer rights. Mandatory rights will continue to be honored where legally applicable.

25. PHOTOGRAPHIC AND VIDEO EVIDENCE

For claims involving damage, defects, incorrect products, missing components, or shipping damage, we may request reasonable photographic or video evidence before determining the appropriate remedy.

Failure to provide evidence may affect our ability to approve a voluntary claim where the evidence is reasonably necessary to investigate it.

We will not use an evidence request to unlawfully prevent or delay the exercise of a statutory consumer right that does not legally require such evidence.

Customers should retain the product and packaging while a damage or incorrect-item claim is being reviewed unless instructed otherwise.

26. RETURN INSPECTION

Returned products may be inspected upon arrival.

The inspection may verify:

  • Product identity.

  • Condition.

  • Serial numbers.

  • Accessories.

  • Evidence of use.

  • Damage.

  • Completeness.

  • Authenticity.

  • Consistency with the reason stated for return.

An inspection will not be used to deny a mandatory statutory remedy where the customer is legally entitled to that remedy.

27. SERIAL NUMBERS AND PRODUCT IDENTIFIERS

For electronics and other identifiable products, we may record serial numbers, SKU numbers, batch numbers, IMEI numbers, or other identifiers before shipment.

Where permitted by law, refunds may be denied for voluntary returns where the returned product does not match the product originally supplied.

Suspected substitution, counterfeit returns, or deliberate serial-number manipulation may be investigated.

28. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

We encourage customers to contact us first if there is a problem with an order so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter promptly.

Nothing in this Policy prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available through a payment provider, financial institution, card network, regulator, or applicable law.

We reserve the right to submit relevant transaction evidence in response to a payment dispute, including:

  • Proof of purchase.

  • Order confirmation.

  • Applicable policies.

  • Proof of shipment.

  • Carrier tracking.

  • Proof of delivery.

  • Customer communications.

  • Return records.

  • Other legitimate transaction evidence.

Submitting knowingly false information in connection with a return or payment dispute may constitute fraud and may be addressed accordingly where permitted by law.

29. LOST RETURN SHIPMENTS

Where the customer is responsible for arranging return shipping, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

We are not responsible for customer-arranged return parcels lost before reaching the designated return facility, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Where we provide the return shipping label or arrange the return carrier ourselves, responsibility will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment.

30. ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns unless:

  • Applicable law requires them to be refunded.

  • The return results from our error.

  • The product was defective or materially non-conforming and applicable law requires reimbursement.

  • We expressly agree otherwise.

Where EU, UK, or other mandatory consumer law requires reimbursement of standard outbound delivery charges following a valid statutory withdrawal, those charges will be refunded as required.

Premium or expedited delivery surcharges may be excluded where applicable law permits.

31. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, BUNDLES AND FREE GIFTS

Where a returned product formed part of a bundle, promotion, “buy one get one” offer, free-gift promotion, quantity discount, or similar transaction, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the products actually retained by the customer, but only where permitted by applicable law.

Where necessary, promotional items or gifts associated with the returned purchase may also need to be returned.

No adjustment will be made where doing so would unlawfully reduce a mandatory statutory refund.

32. REFUND CURRENCY AND EXCHANGE RATES

Refunds are normally initiated in the same transaction currency used for the original purchase.

Where a bank, payment processor, card issuer, or payment service performs a currency conversion, the final amount received may be affected by exchange-rate movements or fees imposed by that third party.

We do not control third-party currency conversion rates or banking charges.

This provision does not allow us to retain amounts that applicable law requires us to refund.

33. THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

We may use local and international fulfillment partners, including third-party warehouses, logistics companies, manufacturers, dropshipping providers, and shipping carriers.

The involvement of a third-party fulfillment provider does not change the identity of the seller shown at checkout and does not eliminate any consumer rights owed by Omvero under applicable law.

Customers should contact Omvero, rather than the manufacturer or fulfillment provider, unless we expressly direct otherwise.

34. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes in our operations.

  • New fulfillment locations.

  • Changes in applicable law.

  • New payment methods.

  • Changes to our products.

  • Changes to our return procedures.

The version applicable to an order will generally be the version made available to the customer at the time of purchase, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply regardless of the Policy version.
